As a board-certified psychotherapist and supervisor, I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. Therapy can be a place to challenge yourself, overcome obstacles, and discover your greatest potential. With 10 years of experience, I approach each session with confidence, empathy, and a commitment to helping you navigate life’s stressors and create meaningful change. Coming from a biracial background, I understand how culture and early experiences can shape our identity and influence the choices we make. However, I also believe that our past does not have to define our future.
In our work together, we’ll take a solution-focused approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based practices to address identity concerns, relationship challenges, past trauma, mood disorders, and career development. My goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
This space is yours, and together we’ll decide how to make therapy most useful and meaningful for you. I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely welcomed and encouraged to be yourself. My goal is to combine professionalism with warmth—so you feel both comfortable and respected as we begin building a foundation for our work together.
Therapy looks a little different for everyone, and we’ll work together to find what feels right for you. Sessions can be scheduled for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on what you need and what fits best into your schedule. I use a mix of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to make sure our work fits your goals and personal style. Sometimes that might include visual aids, guided exercises, or worksheets to help you apply what we talk about in real life. My goal is for each session to feel purposeful, supportive, and centered on helping you make meaningful progress at your own pace.
Individual therapy is currently offered through Headway. Please select the 'book a session with me' option above to see if I am in-network with your insurance. Private pay options are also available.
Therapy should be both meaningful and reasonable. I accept insurance plans that typically offer strong coverage with a small copay, making it easier to access the care you need. If you’re paying privately, I also offer a sliding scale rate that we can discuss before scheduling your first session. My goal is to make therapy as accessible and transparent as possible—so you can focus on your growth, not the logistics.
Insurances currently accepted: Aetna, Anthem, Ascension, BlueCross BlueShield, Carelon, Cigna, Optum, and Quest.
You can schedule a session anytime through my Headway profile, where you'll see my current availability.
